Veteran's Affairs Plus W/ David L. Washington

Victor Ingram, a military veteran and board member of the Armstrong Foundation, shares his background and involvement with the foundation, which supports education and community endeavors in West Las Vegas. The foundation is hosting a golf event on October 4th to raise funds for these initiatives.
